  • Driver qualifications: CDL number and class, years of experience, driving record/MVR information, endorsements, employment history
  • Equipment information, if you are an owner-operator (truck year/make/model, trailer type)
  • Any other information you choose to include when you submit a form or message us

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Commercial driver positions require applicants to meet the minimum age required by the FMCSA and applicable state law.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Evaluate your qualifications and process your driver application
  • Contact you by phone, email, or text message about driving opportunities
  • Communicate with current contracted drivers about loads, dispatch, and company operations
  • Operate and improve our recruiting process and website

3. Text Messages and Calls

By submitting your phone number on our website or through one of our advertisements, you consent to be contacted by Felix Transportation LLC by phone call and/or text message (SMS/MMS) regarding driver opportunities, using automated technology if applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of employment or engagement.

We may advertise our driver openings on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram). If you respond to one of our ads or lead forms on these platforms, the platform shares the information you submitted (such as your name, phone number, and email) with us so we can follow up about the opportunity. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.
